Is there a credit check?
No. There is no credit check to join Syncera Mobile, and no search is recorded against your name. You pay for the month ahead, so there is nothing for us to lend you.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are 30-day rolling — we’d rather you stay because it’s good than because you’re locked in. Cancel any month with 30 days’ notice.
Can I keep my number?
Yes, and it’s free. Text PAC to 65075 from your old SIM, give us the code, and your number moves over — usually within one working day.
Whose network is it?
Syncera Mobile runs on major UK networks, delivered with our network partner Unboxed Mobile, who operate the service behind the scenes.
Do you do eSIM?
Yes — instant eSIM at signup, or a physical SIM if you prefer. Both are free, and you can switch from one to the other later.
